Simple Way to Happiness
Everyone would want a happy life. However, for some people, happiness sometimes never approached that feels "expensive". In fact, according to Gde freshman seminar on The starting point of beauty and hapiness, happiness can be achieved with a few simple steps:
1. True happiness does not come from the outside, but inside ourselves. Learn to accept yourself as you are so that you can feel the real happiness.
2. Stop comparing yourself with others. Every human being is born with their own uniqueness and advantages. And there is no better life, but can be yourself.
3. Learn to give the sense of sincerity. Do not overload life in return as it will only bring disappointment if you do not get it. You can start with simple things, such as smiling or observing people around so that people will feel comfortable around you.
4. Look at every adversity in a positive way. It will bring beauty and happiness. The more able to cope with adversity, you will look more "glow" with the power you have.
5. Do not set too high life. Know the limits of your ability and you will find it to be a more perfect human being and meaning.
6. Keep away from fear, bring to God. Enjoy and love the little things around you that can bring happiness, like listening to the sound of birds in the morning or humming.
